General Terms and Conditions for Orders in the Easter Campaign 2025

For orders placed within the framework of the Easter campaign, which establish a supply contract upon acceptance by DORMA-Glas GmbH, the following terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Participants

Only registered customers of DORMA-Glas with their own customer number from the following countries are eligible to participate in the Easter campaign: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, and the United Kingdom.

Duration of the Campaign, Participation

The Easter campaign runs from April 8, 2025, to May 30, 2025. Participation is only possible with a direct order placed through DORMA-Glas Sales Inside, including the order form. Orders via the eShop and/or through system connections are not eligible for the campaign.

Order Campaigns

Action 1: Bonus Handle for Orders of Locks/Fittings/Sets

• Campaign Products: STUDIO and OFFICE locks/handles/sets
• Campaign Bonus: When purchasing at least 5 locks, you will receive one free handle per lock purchased.
• Example: 5 locks = 5 handles / 10 locks = 10 handles / 50 locks = 50 handles, etc.
• Important: The free handles will be shipped according to the currently applicable delivery times.

Action 2: Free Pull Handle for MUTO Sets

• Campaign Product: MUTO complete sets
• Campaign Bonus: When purchasing at least 5 sets, you will receive one free pull handle per set.
• Example: 5 sets = 5 pull handles / 10 sets = 10 pull handles / 50 sets = 50 pull handles, etc.
• Important: The free pull handles will be shipped according to our delivery times.

Action 3: Amazon Voucher for Orders Above a Certain Net Order Value

• Campaign Advantage:
  • For an order with a net value of €2,000 or more, an Amazon voucher worth €30 will be sent.
  • For an order with a net value of €4,000 or more, an Amazon voucher worth €100 will be sent.
• Important: The vouchers will be sent in June 2025 to the legal representative of the participant.

Campaign Details

Conclusion of a Supply Contract Relationship

• The campaign benefits will only be granted if the order placed by the customer during the campaign period is accepted by DORMA-Glas GmbH, thereby establishing a supply contract relationship.

Surface Selection for Handles and Pull Handles

• Free choice: The surface of the free handles and pull handles can be selected independently. It may differ from the surface of the lock or complete set.
• Minimum Order Quantity: At least 5 pieces per surface must be ordered.

Amazon Voucher

• Die The Amazon vouchers will only be sent in June 2025. They can be collected during this period.

Availability

• While supplies last: The campaign is valid only while supplies last. Despite a large stock, it operates on a "first come, first served" basis – the sooner the campaign order is placed, the better.
• High Demand: In case of high demand, the delivery time for the free handles and pull handles may be extended.

Other Provisions

• No Obligation to Purchase: There is no entitlement to the campaign benefits from DORMA-Glas through the acceptance of the order and the conclusion of a supply contract.
• No Cash Payout: The campaign benefits, free handles, pull handles, and vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Change and/or Termination of the Campaign: DORMA-Glas expressly reserves the right to change or terminate the Easter campaign without prior notice and without providing reasons. This applies particularly to any reasons that disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the Easter campaign, including the complete sale of campaign stock before the end of the campaign.
• The general terms and conditions of DORMA-Glas apply in addition.

Final Provisions

• Jurisdiction: For all disputes related to this campaign, the statutory jurisdiction applies.: Für alle Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dieser Aktion gilt der gesetzliche Gerichtsstand.
• Data Protection: All data collected in connection with the campaign will be used exclusively for the implementation of the campaign. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
